Is the free plan actually free?
Yes, forever. The core compliance tracking — OPT counter, travel tracker, deadline system — will always be free. We built it for students who can't afford to miss a deadline.
What's the difference between Student and Pro?
Student covers the essentials: custom deadlines, document records, and basic email nudges. Pro adds the AI immigration assistant, full email cadence (30/14/7/3/1 days before), tax treaty lookup, and PDF exports — for students who want the full compliance picture.
When will paid plans launch?
All features are free during our launch period while we gather usage data. We'll announce paid plans with at least 30 days notice, and early users will get a discount.
Is my immigration data secure?
Yes. Your SEVIS ID is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it's stored. Document files are stored in private Supabase Storage with row-level access controls. We never sell your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All paid plans are cancel-anytime. Your data stays available on the Free plan after cancellation — nothing gets deleted.
